My cooks for the family reunion this weekend

Had a great time cooking this past weekend. I did two briskets and one vidalia onion pie.[p]Here is the first brisket after resting 30 minutes in foil.[p][p]Here is the brisket sliced[p][p]And then finally the Vidalia Onion Pie. It was a hit even with the kids.[p][p]This forum has been spectacular in teaching me to how to get the full use out of my BGE.[p]Thanks.[p]John
