My cooks for the family reunion this weekend

Had a great time cooking this past weekend. I did two briskets and one vidalia onion pie.[p]Here is the first brisket after resting 30 minutes in foil.[p]
[p]Here is the brisket sliced[p]
[p]And then finally the Vidalia Onion Pie. It was a hit even with the kids.[p]
