Hello,

Last week I was in Reynosa Mexico visiting my in-laws. One evening we had carne asada. One of the cuts of meat we had were short ribs. They were grilled like the fajita. They were great tasting. A little tough compared to the fajita. How do mkost of you prepare them? Grilled like i had them or smoked?

I marinate them in a Korean marinade(kalbi), and grill them.
