Pork Chop ??

Hugh Jass,
I would start with 5-10 minutes a side at 500-600 and see where you are at. With lean chops, a clear interior temp check is valuable. Pull off at 145 and you will be smiling!!! The key, for me, is to get a good crust seared on just before the inside is done.[p]Anywhere from 350-600 will works, but make sure and get it off the cooker before the meat temp hits 150!
Have fun!

Nature Boy, thanks for the help. I guess you would probably use instant read gauge to get the temp on chops?[p]Van
