New Chicken Liver Receipe

Good afternoon,
I cooked another snack food for chicken liver lovers on the Egg. I took the receipe out of Smoke and Spice. They are marinated for several hours in a great marinade. I then wrapped them with bacon and toothpicked them. I put them direct on the Egg at dome temp of 225 for 35 to 45 minutes. They were terrific. But again, I am a Louisiana Redneck.
