For those of you that got in on the Wagyu.prime rib, be sure you weigh hour package when it arrives. It stated on the site that it would be a min of 15 pounds.
Mine weighed in at 11 pounds.
We'll see how they deal with it later today.

I'm guessing your mailman gained 4 pounds...but I bet he's happy! :P

Well, they made good and refunded me 80. So I got 11 pounds for 220. Cut 7 steaks and still had a 4 pound prime rib. Cooked one steak up.. Like butter... Unbelievably rich taste to it.
