well, after eating that great 3 1/2 hour brisket last night, i baked a peach/blueberry crisp for dessert. . .served hot with vanill ice cream, yummy!!!![p]DSCN0338.jpg[p]as usual, i have to give recipe credit to my sister jackie (my wyoming connection)... .its so simple, its almost a crime not make one!!. .[p]skin and cut up enough fruit (you can use apples, peaches, or in this case a combo of peaches and blueberries) to fill a pyrex dish. .. .[p]in a bowl, mix till it looks like crumbles:[p]2 cups sugar
1 1/2 cups flour
2 sticks softened butter
4 - 6 teaspoons of cinamon (to your taste)[p]spread on top of the fruit. ..[p]bake at 350 over inverted plate setter for 1 hour. . [p]thats it... [p]
