Internal for med rare steaks?

is there a chart or anything that tells you what the temp should be for steaks?

The temps linked below are just a tad high in my opinion..and FYI your double posts are most liikely a result of hitting the back button after posting....

I pull them off at 125 internal for med rare. -RP

I pull my ribeyes at 125* internal, then cover them with foil and rest for several minutes to let the fluids redistribute. The temp creeps up to 130-132* while resting - perfect MR every time!

108 that would be pretty rare. If I eat a steak that's how I like them

If you hold down the 'alt' button and hit 0176 it will put a nice little degree symbol after any number like 125° just a thought

I'm with ya...don't work that way on my keyboard..and it took me a long time to learn how to make the °: symbol show up with this keyboard...but there are lots of different ways to make it happen..
