OT: What kind of oven rack is this?

Howdy all -
Can anyone tell me what kind of rack this is? The dimensions are 11"x12.5" and the build of it looks like it is suppose to go in an oven, judging by the thickness, it's oven rack gauged, not toaster oven gauged. It was in the house when we moved in last summer but I have no idea what it is!

i believe it is a sink rack google images sink rack and you will find a few similar looking racks
