1 Year Anniversary and Back online again...can't believe all the activity

I've been offline for a while with a newborn and craziness at work (the company laid off 80% of the workforce...nutty!)[p]...but this is my 1 year anniversary owning my large and it's everything the forum has made it out to be...[p]Hopped onto the forum today and I can't believe the number of new posts...don't know if the Egg Sales are growing or because of summer but it was amazing...[p]My wife and I had planned to go to the Maryland eggfest to meet some of the "online chefs" but the munchkin decided timing wasn't right![p]Happy cooking to everyone...looking forward to trying some of the new dishes I'm seeing.

    Ohio Boy in DC,[p]Congratulations on the new one (not the egg this time). Mine will be 17 months next week and he has become a true egghead. He's a real meat and chicken lover and know when I'm cooking on the egg! It's only a matter of time until you be cooking for the whole family!
