I work out three days a week. I do compound exercises that work the whole body, example- squats. Monday was a particularly good day. I worked out and it went well. I came home started the egg and cooked chicken and baked potatoes. I roasted broccoli in the oven no raised grid yet. Today part of my protein was yesterday's bbq'd chicken. What a change from poached chicken breasts. Burning fat just became a whole lot more appealing.
