Cooked chicken shish-k-bobs on the BGE tonight for dinner. Teriyaki marinate on the chicken, red and yellow peppers, zucchini and onions. Dome temp of 400 degrees. About 4-5 minutes and then turn over and cook for another 3 minutes. So easy and tasty.
