5 hour brisket ... did anyone try it?

Family day at the Louisville zoo. So no trip to the store to get a brisket & beer ... maybe tomorrow. I still want to try that 5 hour method. Did anyone cook one on Friday night or Saturday?[p]

    mine is going in the egg at noon tody.. . .per car wash mike, i coated mine in sugar around 11:00 last night (i used torbinado rather than plain white sugar though). . .got about a 6.5 pound flat. . .i'll be posting results and pictures on monday... .[p]stay tuned, and good luck on yours. . .
