on the bacon wrapped scallops, i used salt, pepper, dizzy pig coffe infused seasoning and a bit of teryaki soy sauce.
on the filets i used olive oil, salt, pepper, worschesteschire sauce, dizzy pig dizzy dust, dizzy pig coffee infused seasoning and some ground kona coffee.
i got a real nice crust from the kona coffee. -

Man oh man, I've drank alot of different beers, but not a single one on your shelves, very impressive.

the bad news is, about 80% of the beers on those shelves have been consumed.
the good news is, those beers have been replaced by "better" beer more worthy of aging.
all in all, i'd guess that fewer than a dozen countries are represented in that stash with the US and Belgium being the top two and the US far and away the most.
the craft beer scene is the states has never been better. -
The craft American beers just don't make it here so that makes sense, but I've tried a lot of Belgians and still no overlap. In fact had a Framboise and a Kriek this weekend.
Have you seen any of the Quebec Belgian style strong beers? They are quite nice.
