My take on Gretl's tomato-mozzarella tart

<p />Tried Gretl's tart tonight...very good. I made a few changes. I used Roma tomatoes that I sliced and lightly salted, then I let them drain in a colander for about 10 min.....lost a lot of juice. I wanted to try it without a tart pan so I made it on th back of a pizza pan! I also put a generous grating of Parmesan cheese on top before baking. I didn't pre-bake the pastry...think I will try that next time.[p]Thanks Gretl....this is a keeper.[p]Bob
