Georgia Red Wings going 54 hours

Today I cleaned, cut and started 30 drums and flats in the wonderful Georgia Red Wing concoction with a new added ingredient...some Sriracha hot sauce aka Red Rooster. I've been itching to go more than my usual 30 hours so when 54 hours became doable the chicken went in the drink!
Re-gasketing the USA one yard at a time!
