Home for the weekend!

I was home for the weekend, perfect time for a little pulled pork.[p]In the begining there were two - about 13.5 lbs total.

IMG_0103.JPG[p]Picture kind of says it all. Total cooking time was about 20 hours. Yes, it can probably be done in less time, but then I'm not in a hurry. [p]Hope everyone is having a great weekend. In Peoria, it was sunny, 75 and very low humidity - more like May than late June.[p]Life is GOOD! :~}
