Practicing For Oklahoma Eggfest
Spring Chicken
Posts: 10,255
I'm a breakfast sort of Chicken so at least one of the things we will be cooking in Oklahoma City is breakfast.
So today I practiced one idea on the Egg using my Griddle Q. Don't rightly have a name for it yet but it involves flour and cornmeal and sausage and peppers and cheese and magic.
Here's what it looks like at first:

And here's what it looks like when ready to serve:

If you want to see what's inside and how it tastes you've gotta stop by the Coop's Branch Office in Ok City next Saturday.
Yes, it's good.

I'm thinking early, but that is seriously dependent on how much rust, I mean rest, is accumulated during the previous dark period.
But there should be enough to service a few customers.

Yes, I like using the Griddle Q. I have two, one for my gasser that I gave away and one for my Egg.
Guess I should get me another gasser one of these days.

Driving ranges and me don't get along. Same with putting greens. And clubs, and that aggravating little ball. It's almost like I dont' know how to play. I know how, I just can't...
