Our neighbors and good friends recently retired and just a couple of weeks ago sold their home and moved back to their original home area near Chicago. This week I received an email from them to be on the lookout for a package. The package arrived on Wednesday and what a surprise. It was a box with 8 prime rib eyes from the Stockyard Packing Co. in Chicago. I could hardly was to get them on the Egg. Last night was the night and they were GREAT!! Sorry no plated pics- It was time to eat!
