Planning on smoking a pork shoulder or boston butt tomorrow. Anyone have a technique that works good for you with a recipe to share? Thanks!

Breckenridge,[p]Easiest thing in the world to cook. Generously sprinkle rub on it, put it in the smoker at 225 - 250 and leave it there until it feels jiggly, like a water balloon. Internal temp will be 185 or over - it will take about 12 hours.[p]Let it rest for 1/2 hour or so, pull it, and mix with a good sauce. I like a vinegar-based sauce, laced with honey and maple syrup.[p]Boom, done. People can make this overly complicated, but it SO isn't.[p]Lee
