HELP--Pork Loin Roast
I need some help please, have 2 5.5lb pork loin roast that I would like to slow cook...what temp and how long?

I generally cook'em indirect at 350° till they reach an internal temp of about 150°. Takes 1.5-2hrs approximately.

Cory has you covered, however, make sure you cook to food temperature using time as a guide.

I do mine t 250* with an end sear if required. Cook to 140* internal, remove and rest.
