I have fours butts I am putting on this evening. I have a 8,7, and two 6 pounders. Does it matter how I place them in the egg? Smaller on top or bottom? Also which one should I stick my probe in?[p]Steve-B

Steve-B,
Well, it's supposed to be hotter on top, so you might want to try to get the larger pieces on top. The smaller ones should finish first, so you might want to monitor one of them with the probe. When the small ones are done, take them off and put the probe in the larger one. If it needs more cooking, let 'em cook. Or you could just pull them all when the first one is done and assume they all will be close enough.[p]TNW
