Cooked a 10.5# packer today. Sorry no pics...(yeah whatever) ;)
Went 325dome for 6 hours. Foiled the last 90min. First time I have ever foiled anything during a cook.
I wasn't expecting it to cook THAT fast, even at 325.
Oh well, it is great and one of my best ever.
