Got dinner on and the egg is rock solid at 400°. The chicken quarters were still just a tad frozen so I am doing an indirect cook with a place setter and will check temps at 90 min. Here's your pictures patticake hope they show. So it DID really happen.

I have highlighted the IMG]. You need to add a [ in front of the IMG] so it will complete it and look like

Thanks Aaron. Its actually easier than I thought. It will be simple to get it done in the future.
We are now more than an hour into the cook and the temp seems almost as though it "knows" to cook at 400°. It hasn't moved. I turned the quarters after 45 minutes and everything looks super. No burned bird!!!! I grow more pleased with each step. I know I have a pork butt, brisket and ribs in my future. -
Good luck with all your cooks. This forum is great for advice. A lot of very knowledgeable people willing to help.
