My friend Fred, who purchased a LBGE about a month ago "so I can cook pork butts like you do" is certainly catching the fever :evil:

He put his offset on the front lawn but no knibbles, yet (too much dinero), used his infra-red grill for naan with the BGE pizza stone, but will use the EGG next time, and hasn't lit the BIG electric smoker or the gasser since --

but is planning on using the gasser for ribeyes tomorrow ....proceeded to explain T-Rex method...we will see

He has even started taking pics!!! :woohoo: Something he said he would never do

He has also been cooking meals from the BGE cookbook, loving them, exposing his daughter, SIL, and the yunggins, and friends, to his EGGsperiments

He's even cooking mid week and inviting me over for lunce :silly:

If he keeps this up, he may even join the forum (have sent many links ) and go to an EGGFEST!

His wife is nowhere near yet :( , but she will turn to the green side by end of summer, I'd venture to wager :evil: :woohoo:
