Witchy Red Pork Tenderloins

Here's another recent cook on our small egg....[p][p]One of the easiest and tastiest things you can do on an egg. We like ours direct, on a raised grid, at a dome temp of about 325°, for 30-45 minutes, until an internal temp of 145°. Tender and juicy and out-of-this-world GOOD! And, the best part, it makes fantastic sandwiches and salads for lunches through the week.[p]If you haven't tried Ken Stone's Witchy Red Rub on pork, now's the time...![p]Ken, a big thumbs up. REAL good![p]Tonia
