Seriously, the guy is causing problems beyond anything I have been exposed to around here in my 2 years as a member. Way beyond. I understand that "moderation" pretty much leaves things to work themselves out, but this is a serious breach of acceptable behavior by anyone's standards.
Can his IP address not be blocked?

thats been done in the past, i remember stump getting locked out, im not sure about lost in utah, he may have just left, same with joel a few years back.
