Another Newbie question RE: Ribs

Unknown
edited November -1 in EggHead Forum
My parents came for a last weekend and I treated them to "Country-style" ribs on the egg. The taste was great but since the ribs were done befor they got to my house they were a touch dry. Here is my question. Ribs are of course best right off the egg imo. What do you do if you can't serve them right away? Heat them in the microwave (shudder)? Refrigerate? Thanks!

Chopped Pork Plate,[p]Depending on how long you need to hold them, wrap them in foil, wrap this package in a towel, and throw the whole thing into a cooler, this will buy you several hours if you need it. Its amazing how long things will stay warm, real warm, in this setup. They will continue to cook slowly in the cooler so take that into consideration but it will help them from drying out on the grill.[p]Troy
