Hi all,

I am cooking the almighty Birkshire Pork tonight. Has anyone done a slow cook with this type of pork? I heard once you eat a Birkshire pulled pork it is hard to eat regular pork. The marbling within the meat is unreal. It is nicknamed the BLACK ANGUS of pork around here.
