anyone done cornish hens in this method? Temp and time imput would be helpful. At least that way I can have mine as spicy as I like and the better half can have his with just salt and pepper.[p]Penny

Yes, I did them that way. I don't remember the time, but the temp would have been 350 to 360 degrees. I did them direct on a raised grid. I have to think that 45 minutes would be enough since I do 4 pound chickens in an hour.[p]TNW
