We got back from a weekend trip to Brooklyn and decided to make some more pizza.
I fixed a pie with the White Sauce from Peter Reinhart's book
and one with red sauce and the sausage.
We served it with some excellent spinach salad.

No onions -- I sauteed some shiitake mushrooms.
The sauce was from Peter Reinhart's book, "American Pie". -
