Long Weekend Part 3

Finished the weekend off with a traditional Easter Ham.
Egret is still my hero but this ranks a very close 2nd.
Ham all ready to go with a Rub, Mop, and Glaze. Primary ingredient is Forty Creek Whiskey...

An hour in, added some EVOO coated Baked Taters, using DP 'Shakin the Tree' for spice...

So that's it. Long weekend now over. Back to work tomorrow. :( But not for long! :woohoo: With any luck, I'll be home by Noon! :laugh:

    Outstanding. Don't even bother going in tomorrow. Stay home and enjoy the day with a great ham sandwich. Tuesday is early enough for work. :laugh:

    Tim I do not eat HAM , my wife loves it and that looks great!I did one on the egg with a heavy rum and it was very good.Hope you had a great Easter and enjoyed your family.
