Local store was selling the beef ribs at a special price; a by product of the boneless ribs roasts they were selling for Easter. 6.5hrs on the egg at 224degrees with some hickory chips.

Only selected the meaty long bones :)

These meaty rib meat just melt in the mouth; no chewing required. Add some fried rice and Easter dinner was great. Now to do some exercise to work off some of the chloresterol  Gotta get ready for dessert, Americano latte with some key lime pie.

Not sure about the fried rice, but those ribs look great. Beef ribs are my favourite!
