Easter Egg ribs by a newbie

Got the baby backs on the grill...and have pictures...but still trying to figure out how to post them. Opened up a Photobucket account and no trouble downloading to there...just having trouble getting them into a post.

Bought my large egg a week ago and have had success with steaks, chicken and burgers...but this is my first ever bbq slow cook...ever. Using Car Wash Mike's recipe, so his reputation is on the line (because I don't have a reputation yet)!

It was easy to regulate the temperature at 225...but did have a mistake after opening to "spritz" after hour one. My metal top opened all the way and I didn't notice it for 20 minutes at which time the temperature climbed to 250. It only took 5 minutes to get it back down to 220.

Starting to smell good!
