Spatchcock Chicken

These were my first attemps at spatchcock chicken. One was covered with a poltry rub and the other was covered with a a homemade peach glaze. This is the first attempt at posting pictures. :blink:

Salado TX & 30A FL: Egg Family: 3 Large and a very well used Mini, added a Mini Max when they came out (I'm good for now). Just given another Mini to add to the herd. -

Nice work man. I sometimes get chickens from my butcher that are around 5#, they are friers let go about 4 more weeks before harvesting, those are the best ones, still tender and juicy.
Your Big Daddy Egg makes'em look like 3#ers.
