Making Focaccia

Has anyone made Focaccia on thier BGE. If so could you give cooking time and temp I have a 14" BGE stone which I use. Thanks

  • Roundman,[p]This bread can be made with many different recipes and is very good coming off the Egg. I use a temp or around 350-375 for the baking. The time will depend on the thickness of your loaves. Should be somewhere around 20-35 minutes. Just pull it off when the top of the loaf is browned to what you like. If you have a Thermopen, pull the bread at about 190 degrees internal.[p]Dave
