I know it going to be good! One last hint - I always take a filet knife and trim off any thick excessive layers of fat. Otherwise the tasty paste will end up in the trash and not flavoring your ham.

We are doing one today. For me and the wife. Tomorrow we will be going to the son's and his girlfriend for Easter. No BGE there. :( She wants to do Easter. We will make nice and say how good it is then rush back for our BGE ham.
