Half of Easter Dinner is Prepped

Hi Everyone,

Got a jump on Easter. My stuffing, deviled eggs are done, green bean casserole Sweet potatos and scalloped potato's are prepped. My Turkey and Ham will go on the eggs tommorrow. Yippee. Oh yea and my Nephew and his Wife may have a easter baby she is in the hospital as we speak. Special Delivery. Hope everyone has a special and safe Easter. The ice cream bunnies are in the freezer courtesy of Basken Robbin.

same here. my home-cured ham is prepped egret-style; four types of cured salmon are sliced, one of which just came off the egg from a hot smoke. sliced up the duck breast prosciutto, and prepped the small leg of lamb with garlic rosemary and thyme.

am now gently giving in to the subtle, fickle, whims of gin.

I'm having a beer. I have 4 other great nieces and nephews. The family keeps getting larger, which my dad was here to enjoy them like we do. First Easter without him but will be thinking of him.
