Eggor just emailed the PDF file to me. For those who may be unaware, this requires Adobe Acrobat (a free download) to read the file. What's nice about this is - you can print the page out directly to your printer without any fiddling around.[p]Got questions? Eggor will be glad to answer them for ya.
