I don't post very often ( partly because I am SO not creative with my cooking ), but I constantly use all the good advice given freely to others in my own cooking, usually with good success. Just wanted to say thanks.

randman, bring it on..we are always looking for a change of pace. Take a recipe, revise it a bit and see how it plays. Tonight I whupped up a ground beef grilled steak that was to me scrumptious..Did some change of pace mixes of blue cheese, shredded 3 cheese, onion, worchestershire sauce, sliced tomato, and a slab of American Cheese and grilled that puppy. Not to shabby! I ate it all. Wiffy not so courageous! Made her's plain. she was delighted!! An official Heeeeeeee! For the record.
