Baby Backs vs. Spares?
Basscat

The local market was out of Spareribs, so I got Baby Backs instead. Using the JSlot method with the plate setter, should I expect about the same cooking time as for spares?
Thanks in advance for the help!

There is less fat to render and keep the ribs moist, bc. I would lower the temperature to 325° and check a little sooner for baby backs.[p]Frosty Ones!

JSlot,
Thanks! Had it at about 315-320 for 2 and a half hours, guess I'll go check 'em here pretty quick. Thanks so much for the great recipe and the help!
