With a bottle of La Tache, my first brisket tasted fabulous! Thanks to everyone's help, esp. Chef Wil. His G'rill shake is awesome. I have to say that the BBQ Guru makes it for even someone like me to be successful! My hubby keeps smiling! We had a delicious afternoon. I did it!
