My dad brought me probably 6 pounds of Turkey fries. So I decided to cook them up on the egg. Turned out great. Here are some pictures. If you haven't tried them you should, very good.

Yes they are what you think they are. I just butterfly them put them in egg, roll them in flour mixed with salt, rub, garlic salt, smoked paprika and whatever your tastes are. Then fry. They are kind of like a chicken nugget so whatever sauce you may like. They are always a hit at any get together and people will always ask you to cook them again.

You guys are so creative (at least to me) how do you get chicken like that, do you buy it, is it the breast or thighs? I need a wok :)

I wasn't sure. I got April fooled already in here today :) I don't think I could eat those. Today is a strange day for food.....Turkey balls, tree rats, and tongue....Can't eat any of those

I'm telling you the truth no April fools today. Beer usually helps with your first experience with them. My wife will not eat them but my 3 and 6 year old love them. Growing up my dad was a trapper so you never new what you were eating. If I liked it I would get seconds.
