I don't know wether to talk everbody into a Recipe Hall of Fame, then nominate TREX for his Steak "Magic".....OR.....Cuss him out for ruining me for eating Steak at Restaurants, or friend's home's.[p]Thanks TREX![p]Pointer

    pointer, I'm with you. really don't care to eat a steak out, just ain't as good as the TREX. I eat a bunch of T-bones and its hard to knaw on da bone when your in public! Some things like pork chops, T-bones, and lobsters are much better when manners are at a home family level where you don't worry as much about the noises!
