Thats my favorite knife in the whole world. Made by a company called Kershaw and its a japanese Nakiri, which is a chisel edge blade. Very sharp since it has half the cutting angle of a regular knife. . .but its really only good if your right handed. And its not stainless- so its wash AND dry every time. But its fantastic for slicing and chopping.
