Orange Salmon

Finally made time to cook tonight!

Few months ago we started/attempted canning and everything we tried came out fine except for the orange marmalade. Stuff never did set so we have a bunch of orange syrup. Oh well, I think I know what happened. Tonight we decided to try some of the orange stuff w/ some bbq sauce as a glaze for the salmon. Did a few fingerling taters w/ bacon grease, salt, pepper & garlic. The asparagus wrapped in bacon and the side salad. The salmon had good sweet orange flavor some how?

    That looks like a very tasty meal!!
    Try adding a little vinagar( or lemon/lime) to that for an overnight maridade. Actually that sounds great on flank for fajitas.
