Pulled pork Question

In the past I have always cooked a pork sholder for 1 1/2 hours per pound. I have the whole Famdamly coming tomorrow so I am doing two sholders about 8.5 lbs ea. (total about 17 lbs) do I need to go 25 hrs or something a little over 13hrs? Thanks fingrs

If you do multiple butts, the time stays about the same unless you tie them up into one great big piece of meat....

Thanks for the response. I thought it might be about right to go about the same time as one sholder. But wanted a second opinion. Sure didn't want raw pork with 14 hungry relitives hanging around. things could get ugly.
