I picked up some nice Pork Sirloin Tip Roasts at Costco today.[p]They are an extremely lean cut of pork. I've never egged one before, so anyone have any tips or ideas?[p]Thanks.[p]Ed

GrillMeister,
I've never heard of that cut of meat. Do you think it could be cooked like a loin? I think everyone is busy answering the post about the "other forum". Maybe later someone will come up with a better answer than mine. Sorry-A2B

GrillMeister,[p]In the world of beef, the sirloin tip is also known as Tri Tip. I'd Look up a good Tri Tip recipe and cook it the same way.
