<p />Bought a 16 pound fresh turkey today and used Henkel poultry shears to make it into parts; easily dusted and placed into egg. I don't often get eggcited about tools but this is one I would recommend any day. Chickens don't stand a chance but this is first time I've put the scissors to old Tom. Works just as easy.

    Charbon,

I've never tried mine on turkey, but love them for whole chickens and for cutting wings apart. They're much easier to handle than the way I used to do it with a chefs knife.[p]Tonia
