Would someone who owns a medium pleas measure from the bottom of the egg to the top of the bottom gasket. I also need the outside width across and depth including the hinges. I am building a bbq Island and am in process of designing how big of a area to allow a medium to sit in. I am keeping it open in front not dropping it into a whole and I want the gasket to be same height as the counter. I have an XL right now but am planning on purchasing a medium to compliment. Thanks for the help.
