Our favorite Japanese Restaurant closed about 15 years ago. We always got sukiyaki there and it was wonderful. Then, the Sushi fad came in, and we lost interest in Japanese food.

I decided to try it on the Egg, and I'm glad I did. It was very reminiscent of the restaurant, and easy to make.

First, it true Japanese presentation tradition, arrange your raw ingredients in a pleasing manner.

After heating the Egg to about 450° and making the sauce, put the lightly greased wok on the fire.

Cook the ingredients. Most veggies first, then harusami noodles and bean sprouts, then the meat.

When done, present the sukiyaki to your bride for approval.

Then, proceed to gross her out by dipping your sukiyaki into a raw egg in true Japanese traditional style.
